Microwave for 5 min. on high in large bowl

Sift 2 c. flour and 2 tsp. baking powder. Add mixture and 1/2 c. sugar or Splenda to bowl.

Combine 4 eggs, 2 tbsp. peanut oil and 2.5 c. (diet) ginger ale and add to large bowl to make batter.

Makes 18-24 pancakes.

4-6 skinless boneless chicken breasts
1 cup orange marmalade
2 Tsp Liquid Smoke (this is a brand name, it comes in a bottle and will be located on the condiment aisle in the grocery store)
2 Tsp Soy Sauce

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Lay chicken breasts in a 9x13 or larger pan. You don't need to grease the pan (yay!)
In a medium bowl, mix the next 3 ingredients together well.

Put the vegetables in the slow cooker in order listed. Salt and pepper each layer as you go.
