1 Minute Microwave Brownie for 1

4 TBSP Flour (regular all-purpose)
4 TBSP Sugar
2 TBSP Cocoa (the dry powdered type of cocoa)
Pinch of salt

Blend all dry ingredients with a fork to break up lumps of the cocoa.

Mix all these ingredients together in a mug. Since some mugs really aren't good in the microwave, I like to use a Pyrex measuring cup as my "mug."

Add:

2 TBSP Vegetable Oil
2 TBSP water
A couple drops of Vanilla flavoring (optional)

Blend all well using a spoon.

Cook on High for one minute. If you have a really powerful microwave, try cooking it for a minute on power 8 or 9.

Is a nice fudgy brownie consistency, even nicer if you have some vanilla ice cream to put on top! Some like to add a few chocolate chips. You could also sprinkle a few chocolate chips on top while the brownie is still hot so that they melt and become "frosting."

Let it cool for at least 3-5 minutes before you try to eat it though!

GIFT IDEA:
Measure and mix the dry ingredients in a Christmas food-safe gift baggie & put the bag (with the dry mix in it) in a Christmas mug. Attach a pretty card to explain how much water and vegetable oil to add and cooking instructions. This would be a nice little gift idea for a teacher.
