e-Saver the paperless coupon program makes it easy to save

If you have always wanted to use coupons to save a bit of money, but you just don't want to deal with the cutting and sorting, you might enjoy this new venture by Proctor & Gamble called e-Saver.

It works like this:
  • You register at that site, putting in your discount card number
  • You select the coupons you would like pre-loaded to your card. You can print out a list of the offers if you like (I opted not to - if I end up buying any of the items it will just be a bonus.)
You don't have to print out coupons or anything - it's all on your card. So why not select every offer to be loaded to your card just in case? Right now there is $69 worth of discounts there, if you were to take advantage of every offer. I'm sure the selection process is just for their marketing purposes (ie if you click a dog food, they'll know you have a dog)

We should also be able to use a manufacturer's coupon for the same item in the same transaction, so that can really be a bargain!

This may be the way all coupons will be done in the future, if this venture is successful.
Proctor and Gamble has this deal with other grocery store chains, but Kroger is the only one in my area (Atlanta)...really probably the best way to sign up is to visit your favorite store's website and look for esaver .
