Single Serve French Toast

Single Serve French Toast

Ingredients: 
1/12 cup flour   
1/3 cup milk
1/2 teaspoon sugar  
pinch salt
1 egg, beaten

Mix ingredients.  Soak 3 pieces of bread until saturated. 
Melt pat of margarine on
griddle.  Cook bread until golden brown. 
Yield:  3 slices.  (Recipe
may be doubled.)
