Low Fat Macaroni and Cheese
Macaroni & Cheese
Serves: 4
INGREDIENTS
2 cups uncooked macaroni
8 oz. reduced fat cheese product (like Velveeta Light), cut into cubes
1/2 cup non-fat milk
salt and pepper to taste
DIRECTIONS
1. Cook macaroni as directed by package. Drain and return to sauce pan.
2. Over low heat, add milk, salt, pepper, and cheese to cooked pasta. Stir until cheese is melted and pasta is evenly coated.

Queso Dip Restaurant Style
I found this recipe, and thought I would post it for anyone looking for good foods to serve for a Superbowl party or just for fun.
1 lb lean hamburger
1- 15-oz jar of Tostitos Restaurant Style Medium Salsa con Queso
1- 16 oz jar of Tostitos Restaurant Style Medium Salsa
1 -15 oz can of red kidney beans
Thinly sliced scallions
In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the hamburger meat, breaking it up into little pieces as it cooks. When the hamburger is browned, stir in the Salsa Con Queso, the Restaurant Style Salsa, and the kidney beans.
Bring to a boil and reduce heat to medium-low.
Simmer for 5 minutes
Pour into a heat proof serving bowl, sprinke with the scallions, and serve immediately. with tortilla chips.
