French's Crunchy Onion Chicken

I thought this one looked good, and best of all - SIMPLE!
I need recipes I can fix while being distracted by one or more of my four children throughout the entire cooking process. If you can crush, dip, and bake, you can do this one.

Prep Time: 5 minutes
Cook Time: 20 minutes

1 and 1/3 cups French's French Fried Onions
1 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 egg, beaten

Crush french fried onlions in plastic bag.
Dip chicken into egg; then coat in onion crumbs
Bake 20 minutes at 400 degrees F until cooked through.
