6 pork chops
Mustard
1 cup flour
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 can cream of mushroom soup
Rub chops with mustard. Combine flour, salt, and pepper. Roll chops in four mixture. Lightly brown chops in skillet. Place in single layer in baking dish sprayed with Pam. Pour soup over chops. Bake, covered, at 350 degrees for 45-60 minutes, depending on thickness of chops.
