Blueberry Sizzle French "Toast"

1 package sub sandwich rolls; cut into 2" cubes (I guess buy them from the bakery section of the store!)
8 eggs
3 cup milk
4 tsp sugar
3/4 tsp salt
1 TBSP vanilla
4 TBSP butter; melted
cinnamon
sugar

Blueberry Sizzle Topping

1 1/2 cups Blueberries
1 TBSP Butter
3/4 cup Maple syrup
1 dash nutmeg

Directions:

Place bread cubes tightly in sprayed 13x9. Beat eggs, milk, sugar, salt, and vanilla. Pour over bread. Cover / refrigerate over night, 6-36 hrs.

Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 45 min. Remove then baste with melted butter. Sprinkle generously with cinnamon and sugar.

Bake 5-10 additional minutes.

In a non-stick skillet, cook blueberries in melted butter for 3 minutes.

Add syrup & nutmeg.

Bring to boil.

Serve warm over French toast servings.

Serve w/ cooked bacon

This is my first time on this website and it looks great! I ran across this 'Blueberry Sizzle French "Toast" and thought it looked yummy. I have one question, how many eggs do you use in this recipe?
