I've created a new Squidoo lens on my lasagna recipe. Squidoo challenged lensmasters to create a page that featured a recipe that uses cheese for National Grilled Cheese Month. Did you know it's National Grilled Cheese Month? Who comes up with this stuff? Has to be a Cheese Council or something. Anyway, my page didn't have to be about grilled cheese specifically, just something with cheese. My recipe has cottage cheese and mozzarella cheese and it's a good recipe so that's what I decided to make my page about.
