- Betty Crocker brownie mix - the one with the hershey's syrup packet in the box
- Replace the eggs by doubling the # and using only the whites
- Replace the oil with applesauce
- Use the designated amount of water (I tend to put in just a little extra)
That's it! Play around with it. This is the consistency I like. You could play with the amount of egg whites and applesauce to get the texture of brownie you like. I love them fresh out of the oven or warmed in the microwave (once they've cooled). Put a scoop of lowfat chocolate frozen yogurt, and fat free cool whip on top for a REAL TREAT!!!
