You definitely have to check out this site. Especially see this recipe for Whoopie Pies. Apparently they are homemade Oreo Cakester kind of things.
Definitely looks like something even I could do. Lots of fun recipes here for family and kids. The only downside is that it's all baked sweets. I could get fat(ter) just looking at her blog.
Photos on the blog are especially great.
