Pumpkin Pie

Prep time: 15 minutes
Makes 6-8 servings

1 (15 oz) can pumpkin (2 cups)
1  (14 oz) can Eagle Brand condensed milk
2 eggs
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp ground ginger
1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
1/2 tsp salt
1 (9 inch) unbaked pie shell or deep dish pie shell

Preheat oven to 425 degrees. With a wire whisk, beat pumpkin, condensed milk, eggs, spices & salt.

Pour into crust. Bake 15 minutes.

Reduce oven temperature to 350 degrees & continue baking 35-40 minutes or until a knife inserted 1-inch from crust comes out clean.

Cool, garnish as desired.
Refrigerate leftovers.
