Black Forest Pie

1 Ready Crust Graham Cracker Pie Crust
1 pkg (8 oz) cream cheese, softened*
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup dry cocoa
1 egg
1/4 tsp almond extract
1 cup non-dairy whipped topping, thawed
1 can (21 oz) cherry pie filling, chilled

Preheat oven to 350. Beat cream cheese until fluffy; add sugar & cocoa, mix well. Add egg & almond extract.

With spatula, scrape filling into crust, spread evenly.

Bake 35 minutes, cool & refrigerate.
Just before serving, top with non dairy topping and cherry pie filling.

*You can soften cream cheese in the microwave on high for about 15 seconds.
