Pork noodle casserole

2 cups uncooked egg noodles
2 lbs boneless pork cut into 3/4" cubes
2 medium onions, chopped
2 cans whole kernel corn, drained
2 cans undiluted cream of mushroom soup
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper

Cook noodles according to package directions.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In large skillet, cook pork and onions over medium heat until the pork is no longer pink.
Drain noodles.
Stir noodles and all other ingredients into pork mixutre

Transfer all to greased 3 quart sized baking dish.
Bake at 350 for 30 minutes, then uncover and continue baking 15 minutes more.

Money saving tip: The noodles, corn and mushroom soup can all be store no-name brands.
