1 boneless canned or fully cooked smoked ham, about 4 lbs.
1 jar orange marmalade (10 ounces)
1/2 cup orange juice
1 TBSP prepared mustard (regular mustard, the kind you have in the fridge)
1/4 tsp ground cloves
1/4 tsp ground ginger
1/2 cup raisins
Place ham on a rack in roasting pan with fat side up. Bake at 325 for 1 hour & 15 minutes.
In saucepan over very low heat, combine marmalade, orange juice, mustard, cloves & ginger. Simmer for 5 minutes.
Spoon half of orange mixtire over the ham & continue baking for 30 minutes. Add raisins to the remaining orange mixture & serve with ham.
Serves 10-12.
