Pork Chop Casserole
Pork Chop Casserole
Porkchops (boneless work best)
Potatoes (peeled and cubed)
2 cans Mushroom soup
1 small onion diced
1 small Green Pepper diced
Salt and Pepper
Pour the soup in a bowl and add a can or two of water stir. Put porkchops in casserole dish or baking pan. Single layer. Lay the potatoes, onions and green peppers on top. Pour soup over it and salt and pepper to your taste. You can add how ever many potaoes and pork chops as you'd like and will fit in your pan. Add less soup if making a small batch I usally add 2 cans cause i use 7-8 chops and 8-10 potatoes. Cover and put in 350 degree oven for around 1 hr or until potatoes are tender and chops are done.

Kitchen Tips
Sent to me by a friend in email...it was full of household tips, but these are the kitchen/cooking related tips.
Reheat Pizza
Heat up leftover pizza in a non-stick skillet on top of the stove, set heat to med-low and heat till warm. This keeps the crust crispy. No soggy micro pizza. I saw this on the cooking channel and it really works.
Easy Deviled Eggs
Put cooked egg yolks in a zip lock bag. Seal, mash till they are all broken up. Add remainder of ingredients, reseal, keep mashing it up mixing thoroughly, cut the tip of the baggy, squeeze mixture into egg. Just throw bag away when done easy clean up.
Expanding Frosting
When you buy a container of cake frosting from the store, whip it with your mixer for a few minutes. You can double it in size. You get to frost more cake/cupcakes with the same amount. You also eat less sugar/calories per serving.
Reheating refrigerated bread/pancakes…
To warm biscuits, pancakes, or muffins that were refrigerated, place them in a microwave with a cup of water. The increased moisture will keep the food moist and help it reheat faster.
Measuring Cups – sticky stuff
Before you pour sticky substances into a measuring cup, fill it with hot water. Dump out the hot water, but don't dry the cup. Next, add your ingredient, such as peanut butter, and watch how easily it comes right out.
